Calm Hearts Mindfulness

Kula is back in action and has already been busy helping children slow down, breathe, and explore their emotions in a safe and calming space.

It's been so lovely to see familiar faces again and to welcome new little learners into our mindfulness sessions. We're ready for another term filled with breathing exercises, stories, movement, kindness, and moments of calm.

Here's to a fantastic Term 3!

It's been a little while since we've posted on here, and you may have noticed we've been a bit quieter than usual.

The past few weeks have been a difficult time for our family following a death in the family, so our focus has been where it needed to be. We appreciate your understanding and kindness during this time.

Through it all, we've still been doing what we love and sharing music, stories and smiles with the wonderful children and educators we visit each week. As Term 2 draws to a close next week, it's very much business as usual and we're looking forward to finishing the term on a high before a short break and preparing for Term 3.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us and continued to welcome us into your centres and communities. We can't wait to share more with you again soon. 💛

What a fantastic (and very busy!) term it’s been! We’ve loved every moment spent with our wonderful schools and little learners.

It’s time for us to slow down and enjoy some quality time with our families over the break.

We’re already looking forward to another beautiful term ahead and can’t wait to see everyone again soon!
