Anybody is capable to do Wing Chun regardless of their fitness, body shape or size. We are a Martial Arts school Located in Newcastle NSW Australia. Led under the stewardship of our head Instructor Joe Le Rougetel. Wing Chun Kung Fu is a fast effective Self Defence that does not rely on brute strength. It is also good for relaxation,posture co-ordination,confidence and fitness.Anybody is able to do Wing Chun regardless of their fitness,body shape or size.

We’re aware of the incident next door to our school that occurred last night . Thankfully our building was not affected and nobody appears to be injured or worse. Our thoughts are with those impacted, and we deeply appreciate the work of emergency services.
