We’re looking for a friendly and experienced Kiosk Supervisor to join our team at The Agrarian Kitchen.

This casual role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is passionate about hyper-local, seasonal produce and thrives in a customer-facing role. You’ll be part of a dedicated team that values exceptional service, consistency, and community.

In this role, you will:

Oversee the daily operations of our kiosk with confidence and care

Deliver warm, efficient, and memorable customer service—welcoming both new and returning guests

Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and place orders when required

Supervise and support a small team of 1–2 staff members

Maintain high standards of presentation and accuracy with a strong attention to detail

Work closely with our restaurant supervisors to ensure consistent service across the business

We’re looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in a café, bakery, takeaway, or restaurant setting

Brings a professional, positive, and welcoming energy to every shift

Is highly organised, proactive, and has excellent attention to detail

Leads by example and enjoys working in a small, hands-on team

Shares our passion for good food, community, and seasonal produce

This casual role offers approximately 15 hours per week, with shifts across Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
