The benefits of martial arts training for children (and indeed adults) don't end in the dojo. The boost in confidence, increased fitness level and new cooperation skills also helps children navigate the academic and social aspects of school, affects their behavior at home and has an all-around good influence on them as they develop into adults. We constantly aim to improve the service we offer to provide something for everyone and with this in mind are now offering FitCombat fitness, Capoeira classes (a popular Brazilian dance-based martial art) as well as hosting Tai Chi classes and special kids’ yoga sessions. We offer classes for adults from when the birds start singing early in the morning, during your lunchbreak, or in the evening and kids classes after-school or on Saturdays (including special holiday camps outside of term-time).
