Tomaree Early Learning Centre is seeking an experienced and passionate Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

Our dedicated staff are committed professionals who value the importance of providing high-quality education and care for all children. We select team members based on their knowledge, values, vision for children’s learning, and commitment to families.

About the Role

Facilitate engaging and meaningful learning experiences for your allocated group of children

Work within a supportive and collaborative teaching environment

Maintain effective and respectful communication with families

Regularly monitor, evaluate, and reflect on program effectiveness

Create a warm, secure, and stimulating learning environment

Build positive working relationships with all team members

Ensure high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing at all times

About You

Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Current Working With Children Check and Child Protection training

Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including:

National Regulations

National Quality Standards (NQS)

Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Ability to build strong, authentic relationships with children and families

Confident verbal and written communication skills

Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
