The Alliance Française opened its doors to the Perth community in 1911. The centre enrols around 1,500 students each year, with a maximum of 12 students per class. In 2010 the centre extended its premises to 105 Broadway to provide a better learning environment. Our teaching staff is fully qualified and follows up-to-date methods. Courses are modelled after the Common European Framework of Referen

ces for Languages and comply with the criteria of the DELF and DALF diplomas. The centre offers a wide range of courses, from beginner to advanced levels for adults, courses for children and teenagers and special courses.

What an incredible evening celebrating France’s National Day! From sparkling arrivals to a delicious traditional French dinner, live music, and dancing under the stars at the Claremont Yacht Club every moment was pure joie de vivre. 🥂🍷

🎨🖌 The Comics Lab Exhibition & Activity 🖌🎨

"The Comics Lab" traveling exhibition from Comic Art Museum - Brussels is an engaging and educational experience tailored for children ages 6 to 10. It offers an opportunity to discover the fascinating world of comics, unveiling their visual language, creative processes, and the book production chain. Through original illustrations by Belgian author Karolina Szejda (creator of Tram 5 and Love Me Tinder), children will also explore the various genres within comics, immersing themselves in the richness of this dynamic art form.

This Exhibition is presented alongside Alliance Française de Perth and is in French, including an activity booklet that follows along with the exhibition panels.
The exhibition is available throughout all of our Sunday Market Day on July 26th, where for an hour, our PCAF VIP Guest Loïc Locatelli-Kournwsky will drop in to run the through the activity. No booking needed!
