We were so busy today!

Exciting Day : Decorating the Christmas Tree

Painting the covers for our scrapbooks. Lots of sharing and waiting for the colour paintbrush they wanted. Chatting about their work and deciding who was going to paint which section. Good exercise for working as a group and getting along with others to achieve a pleasing result that everyone was proud of.

The children make the most of every day here at Ali’s Magic Carpet.

The coordination, strength and balance needed for this toy has been great for the children this week. Everyone has had a lot of fun.

This tunnel has been so popular. I definitely think the children need to have this toy out again this term.

It’s better from this height!!

Providing the children with collage materials and glue. This gives them the opportunity to learn sequencing, pattern making, problem solving, social “rules”, colour and shape recognition and more. All important skills for pre literacy and numeracy .
