Today, Dylan, Sinead, Charlie and Kayiah headed to NCN Health in Numurkah for their Career Taster Day! ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€โš•๏ธ๐Ÿ‘จโ€โš•๏ธ

The students gained valuable insight into the wide range of career opportunities available within the health industry, including health administration, infectious diseases, dietetics, occupational therapy and much more.

The day provided a fantastic opportunity for local students to explore potential career pathways, meet healthcare professionals and experience what itโ€™s like to work in a rural health service environment.

A big thank you to NCN Health for providing such a valuable and engaging experience for our students! ๐Ÿ™Œ

๐ŸŒˆ ๐Ÿ’œ WEAR IT PURPLE DAY ๐Ÿ’œ๐ŸŒˆ

Wear It Purple was founded in 2010 after a series of tragic stories highlighted the devastating impact that bullying, discrimination and exclusion were having on LGBTQIA+SB young people.

In response, young people and allies came together with one shared belief: every young person deserves to feel safe, supported and proud of who they are ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ
