Jannah Is Not Acquired Through Luxury, Comfort and Ease
These photos were not taken in Muzdalifah.
These photos were taken outside the Haram in Makkah during Hajj 1447AH (2026).
The temperature was around 46°C, yet these brothers sat, rested, and slept on the scorching ground for hours waiting for the next prayer.
No luxury hotels.
No air-conditioned lounges.
No complaints.
Many have travelled from the poorest corners of the world and spent years saving for this journey. Yet they find contentment in a patch of shade outside the Haram and gratitude for every moment spent near the House of Allah.
Meanwhile, others may stay in the most luxurious hotels and camps, yet constantly find reasons to complain.
The reality is that comfort is not in what surrounds you; comfort is in what fills your heart.
﴿وَالَّذِينَ جَاهَدُوا فِينَا لَنَهْدِيَنَّهُمْ سُبُلَنَا ۚ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَمَعَ الْمُحْسِنِينَ﴾
“And those who strive for Us – We will surely guide them to Our ways. And indeed, Allah is with the doers of good.” (29:69)
