Alhamdulillah, Sidrah Gardens School has been recognised among the Herald Sun’s Top 100 Private Primary Schools in Victoria for 2026.

Recognition is meaningful, but it is not what defines us. What matters most is the trust our community has placed in us to reimagine the schooling experience — one that nurtures faith, character, curiosity and a genuine love of learning.

We are grateful to our special community of families, students and staff who continues to believe in and build this vision with us. 🌿

Behind the scenes, something beautiful is happening.

🤍 Parents are coming together, ironing costumes, creating props and lending their hands wherever they’re needed — showing us once again the incredible **sense of community** that makes our school so special.

🎭 Our students are rehearsing, learning their lines, finding their characters and preparing to step onto stage.

🧵 Teachers are working behind the scenes, bringing costumes, props and every little detail together.

Piece by piece.
Hand by hand.
Heart by heart.

And now…the real show is about to begin.✨

Our term kicked off with a visit from an honourable guest, who shared the light of Prophetic wisdom in his knowledge and in his lineage. Habib Muhammad Al-Aydarus shared some precious moments with our students and staff, recounting the miraculous and marvellous events preceding the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (saw). Priceless gems that are sure to inspire in our students a lifetime of love and connection with the Prophet (saw).

Alhamdulillah our secondary school students were graced to spend time with Masters of Aikido, Hakim Sensei & Shanti Sensei, with a practical demonstration of the power of intentions.

Our students took part in the Victorian Schools Garden Program’s Kitchen to Garden workshop, exploring how to start a garden using everyday kitchen scraps. They were amazed to discover that old potatoes, spring onion scraps, pumpkin seeds, celery offcuts, coriander seeds, and even sprouted sweet potatoes can be replanted to grow new food!

Bringing scraps from home, they enjoyed a hands-on experience that deepened their understanding of sustainability, encouraged them to care for the earth, and showed them how they can contribute to growth both at school and in their own backyards.

🔬✨ STEAM Week! Our students took on exciting challenges that stretched their creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving skills. From building flying machines and insect hotels to designing classroom inventions, fizzing up science inquiries, and crafting robots with circuits—every challenge was a hands-on adventure in innovation and fun!
