🌸Empowering Women with Life-Saving Skills!🩺✨️

Yesterday was a truly special opportunity! I had the privilege of delivering a FREE First Aid awareness workshop for an incredible bunch of ladies at Macarthur Women's Health Centre 💕

It was fantastic to see women learning, asking questions and building the skills and confidence to recognise & respond when an everyday emergency happens.🚑

Because you never know when someone might need you to step up, stay calm and know what to do.❤️

A huge thank you to Macarthur Women's Healthcare Centre for the opportunity to share these important skills and help empower women to be First Aid ready🌸🙌

Macarthur Women’s Health Centre, in collaboration with Hands-On First Aid, is hosting a Free First Aid Awareness Session for Women.

This practical and informative session aims to empower women in the Macarthur region with essential first aid knowledge and confidence to respond effectively in everyday emergency situations.
