What an incredible turn-out for our first annual Sacred Song Writing Competition! Over 40 students joined our workshops, with 27 official entries narrowed down to five talented finalists.
A huge congratulations to our inaugural winners, Olivia S and Mikayla V, announced on St Clare’s Feast Day! 🎶 Their beautiful song will be recorded early next month, and we can’t wait to share the finished track with the St Clare’s community.

Our Year 5 scientists celebrated National Science Week by getting hands-on with electricity and circuits! ⚡ Students built simple circuits and investigated which everyday materials were conductors and which were insulators. They made predictions, tested their ideas and used their observations to explain how electricity travels through different materials. It was a fantastic opportunity to think like real scientists; question, predict, test, observe and discover! 🧪💡

In Kindergarten, students learned about important items found in churches. They discovered that the tabernacle is where the Body of Jesus is kept inside a ciborium. Students also learned that when the sanctuary lamp beside the tabernacle is lit, it shows us that the Body of Jesus is present.
