What a fantastic weekend we had at the Emerge Dance Competition!

We are so proud of every one of our students who performed. You all represented That’s Dance & Acrobatics beautifully and gave your absolute best on stage.

What an incredible Scholarship Weekend!
I honestly couldn’t be prouder of every single student who stepped onto the stage over the last two days. It takes so much courage to perform on your own, and every single one of you should be incredibly proud of yourselves. The growth, confidence and improvement we’ve seen over the past 12 months has been incredible.
The biggest highlight of the weekend wasn’t the trophies it was the atmosphere. Watching our students cheer each other on, celebrate each other’s successes and genuinely support one another reminded me exactly why I love what we do.
That support doesn’t stop with the students. Our parents create such a positive environment, and I truly believe that’s a huge part of why our dancers show such wonderful sportsmanship. I feel incredibly lucky to have such an amazing community around us.
A huge congratulations to all of our overall winners:

A massive thank you to all of our volunteers who helped make the weekend such a success - Monica, Brooke, Kyra, Olivia, Kel and Archie. We simply couldn’t do it without you.
Thank you to our amazing teaching team Madi, Ally, Layla, Airlie, Bailey, Sofia, Kyra, Belle, Izabella and Charli for everything you do.
A very special thank you to Tracy for once again adjudicating our Scholarship Weekend. Your knowledge, encouragement and constructive feedback are invaluable. Having someone with your experience is especially important for our contortionists, who rarely have the opportunity to receive specialised feedback from someone with such extensive expertise. We are so grateful for the time, care and guidance you give every one of our performers.
Finally, thank you to everyone who came along, cheered loudly, volunteered, encouraged our dancers and helped make this weekend so special.

What a fantastic 4 days at Everybody Sing & Dance Now!

I'm so incredibly proud of every one of our soloists and duos. They all went out there, performed their hearts out, supported each other and showed what true sportsmanship is all about. One of my favourite parts of these competitions is watching our dancers cheer each other on, celebrate each other's successes and just have fun together.

A very special mention must go to Frankie, who had a costume malfunction during her routine but kept performing like a true professional. She didn't let it stop her, handled the situation so well and still went on to win her section. We couldn't be prouder of the way she handled it.
