📚 The winners of the Book Week poster and the music guessing game were announced at assembly. Congratulations to the winners! 🏆

📚The hedgehogs were a hit in the canteen, inspired by a classic Beatrix Potter character 🦔

📚 More golden tickets were found in lunch orders! 🎫

📚 Another fabulous canteen special with a Goldilocks & the Three Bears theme! 🐻

📚 The Book Bistro was open for parents & students after school. They enjoyed ‘tasting’ a selection of books in the library 📖

📚 More lunchtime activities in the library too!

🌟 Book Week Day 3! 🌟

📚 We started the day with a whole school pancake breakfast. What an amazing way to start our special book week dress up day! 🥞

📚 Families then joined students in their classrooms for some shared reading.

📚 The parade was a big hit with staff and students from all year levels showing their wonderful Book Week themed costumes. We were very lucky to have some sunshine too! ☀️

📚 The canteen looked amazing again with more Golden tickets found in lunch order bags and a Bee book theme with delicious honey crackles served as the treat of the day 🐝 🎫

Book Week Day 2!

📚 The canteen looked amazing and offered delicious fruit salad and chocolate spiders, inspired by two of our favourite picture books. Thanks to Phoebe and Talitha for this amazing contribution!

📚 Naracoorte High School students joined us for combined Book Club at lunchtime. Students made bookmarks, friendship bracelets and read to each other. It was a warm, happy bookish-experience for everyone! Thanks to Gemma Borg and Anita Miles from NHS for making this happen. We hope to see you all again soon!

📚 Foundation students headed to the town library for an afternoon of engaging book week activities. Thanks to Tara for providing this experience for us!

Book Week Day 1!

📚 Author Luke Balkin spoke about the inspiration for his book “Scout and Charlie” and the process of turning it into an animated series which showcases local communities. He encouraged us to explore the outdoors, have adventures and pursue our creative interests. Anything is possible! 🌟

📚 The canteen was booked-inspired 🎫 🧚and lunchtime saw students hunting for Wally around the school.
