Indigenous Cooking πŸŒΏπŸ–€πŸ’›β€οΈ

Yesterday our students enjoyed a wonderful Indigenous cooking experience. Guided by Bruce Mules, students learnt about Australian native plants, their traditional uses, and their connection to Country before creating delicious kangaroo and bush tomato sausage rolls and lemon myrtle biscuits.

A big thank you to Bruce for sharing his knowledge and helping provide such a meaningful hands-on learning experience for our students. 🌱🍴

This was also another opportunity for our students to work in cross aged groups. We know this increases a sense of belonging across our site.
