Tuesday is pool day for Lexie. Swimming is one of her favorite activities, providing a full-body workout. (No pool photos allowed.) Exercise can be a fun and engaging way to interact with others, work on social skills, and build confidence. It also helps reduce stress and improve mood.

3 months into my new career
After 15 years in childcare, I was overdue for something new. Something more engaging and fulfilling that I could transfer my skill set and knowledge to.
A job you love is an important part of a happy life. It gives you a sense of purpose, belonging, and satisfaction.
Changing jobs when you have established yourself is a huge decision but I was dissatisfied.
I was looking for something easy to balance with my personal life. More time to spend with family, and friends and pursue hobbies.
In this case, the grass is definitely greener on the other side of the fence and no more stress.
