🍎🍌 FREE FRUIT FRIDAY – SPECIAL GUEST! 🍊🍏

We’re excited to welcome Marty Hunt MP, Member for Nicklin, to St Joseph’s this Friday 21 August for a special Free Fruit Friday! 🙌

Marty will be joining us from 8:10am–8:30am to help hand out fresh fruit and say hello to our students and families as they arrive for the day.

What a fantastic night our Trivia Night was! 💙💛

A huge THANK YOU to all of our incredibly generous sponsors who donated prizes and supported the event. Your generosity played such an important part in making the night such a success, and we are so grateful for your support of our school community.

We also want to say a massive thank you to all of the parents, families and friends who came along on the night and supported our fundraising efforts — especially through the amazing number of raffle tickets purchased! 🎟️ Your generosity and enthusiasm certainly didn’t go unnoticed.

And of course, a very special thank you to Nugget for hosting the night and keeping everyone entertained, laughing and on their toes! 🎤😂

It was wonderful to see our Joey’s community come together for such a fun night while raising funds for our school.

💛🌻 Happy Principal’s Day! 🌻💛
Being a Principal is a pretty important job… so naturally, we went straight to the experts for some advice — our students! 😂
Today our Joeys share their very best tips, words of wisdom and some slightly questionable leadership advice for Mrs Young and Mrs Quinn.
While Mrs Young is currently away from us, we send her lots of love this Principal’s Day and celebrate the wonderful leadership, care and dedication she brings to our St Joey’s community. 💛
And to Mrs Quinn, who so generously said YES when St Joey’s needed her — thank you for stepping in, leading with such warmth and embracing our beautiful little community so wholeheartedly. 🌻

As we celebrate Catholic Education Week, we give thanks for the many people who help nurture our children in faith, hope and love.

Today, our students shared what they love most about their grandparents—and their words were filled with gratitude, laughter and love. From warm hugs and special treats to wise advice and unwavering support, our grandparents remind us of God’s love lived out every day.

At St Joseph’s, we cherish the partnership between family, school and parish, knowing that together we help our children grow into the people God is calling them to be.
