Today our team took part in a professional development session with Mat from Pure Life Force, focusing on managing mental health, stress, overwhelm and burnout. It was a valuable opportunity to reflect on both our professional practices and personal wellbeing.
The session also included a breathwork experience, giving us time to pause and reset together.
We feel incredibly fortunate to be part of a team where people feel safe to be vulnerable, support one another and continue growing. The work we do can sometimes be heavy, but taking care of ourselves helps us continue showing up for our children and families every day.

🎓✨ Celebrating Our Miss Lucy! ✨🎓

We are so incredibly proud to share that Miss Lucy has officially graduated with her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care!

Fun Fact: - Lucy has dedicated more time to Nambour Early Learning Centre than anyone — beginning on our very first opening day 7 years ago. From day one, she has been part of the centre’s story, growth and heart. 💛

Lucy completed her Certificate III here at the centre, and now to see her achieve her Diploma is such a beautiful full-circle moment. Her commitment to her own professional growth, and to the children and families she supports every single day, is truly inspiring.

Lucy, your loyalty, dedication and passion do not go unnoticed. We are beyond proud of everything you have achieved.

Today we are celebrating our amazing Kindy graduate Noah! 🎓💛
After five wonderful years in our care, it has been such a joy watching Noah grow from a tiny nursery friend into the confident, kind and capable boy he is today. We are so proud of everything he has achieved! 🌈✨
And what makes it even sweeter… we get to see his younger brother following right in his footsteps 🥰💛

Over the years there is no denying that Albie’s presence has brightened our centre! ☀️ And the best part… this is not goodbye! We are so lucky to have his younger sister still with us for a few more years 🥰✨
Albie, we cannot wait to see you at drop-off and pick-up in your new school uniform — you are going to shine! 🌈💫

Today we are celebrating our beautiful Kindy graduate Demi 🤍✨
From her early nursery days to now, Demi has brought so much sweetness and love to our centre. After having both Demi and her big sister with us over the years, we are very sad to be saying goodbye to this wonderful family at the end of the year 🥹💛
We will miss them dearly, but we are so proud of Demi and all she has become. 🌈💫
