Today we remember the courage, sacrifice and service of those who served our country.
ANZAC Day is a time to pause and reflect on the men and women who have defended the freedoms we enjoy today.
Their commitment, resilience and mateship continue to inspire generations.
Lest we forget.

Do you need a confined space ticket if you’re working in a ceiling space?
In Queensland - almost always, yes.
Ceiling spaces often meet confined space risk criteria due to:
âš  Limited entry and exit
âš  Electrical hazards
âš  Poor ventilation
âš  Dust and airborne contaminants
âš  Heat stress
âš  Restricted movement
It’s not about whether it “feels” confined, it’s about the risk assessment.
In the past when injury and death occurred, investigators and the court looked closely at:
• Whether a proper risk assessment was completed
• Whether the space met confined space criteria
• Whether workers were appropriately trained
• Whether safe systems of work were implemented
Compliance isn’t just paperwork, it protects workers and businesses.
Have you ever had to assess whether a ceiling space required confined space procedures?
