Over the past two years, Maddie G has become an incredibly valued member of our school community. As one of our amazing Learning Support Workers, she has brought so much joy to both our students and staff through her kindness, enthusiasm, and genuine care for every child she works with.
Maddie’s gentle, nurturing approach helps our youngest learners feel safe, supported, and ready to learn. She takes the time to build meaningful relationships with each student, recognising their individual strengths and ensuring they feel seen, valued, and encouraged.
Currently studying towards her teaching degree, Maddie thoughtfully applies her growing knowledge and skills when working with students, whether one-to-one or in small groups. Her creativity shines through in the engaging learning experiences she provides, and she consistently goes above and beyond to support both students and teachers.
With her strong background in early childhood education, Maddie plays an important role in helping our youngest learners make a smooth and confident transition into school life. Her warmth, dedication, and willingness to always do that little bit extra make a real difference to our school every day.
Thank you, Maddie, for the care, creativity, and positivity you bring to our community. We are so fortunate to have you as part of our team, and we look forward to watching you continue to grow as an educator.

Sam is one of those special people who truly wears her heart on her sleeve. As a Learning Support Worker, she puts the needs of our students at the centre of everything she does, bringing compassion, patience, and genuine care to every interaction.
Sam loves working with all students, whether supporting them one-to-one, in small groups, or as part of our wider classroom learning. She has become our very own Intervention Queen, providing targeted support and encouragement to students who need it most.
Her dedication to our school, students, and families is felt every day. Sam also plays an important role in our after-school care program, helping create a smooth and welcoming transition for the students and families who rely on this valuable service.
Thank you, Sam, for your kindness, commitment, and the positive difference you make in the lives of our students. We are so grateful to have you as part of our team.

Watching Macey’s journey has been one of the real highlights of our school. She first joined our team as a Learning Support Worker while completing her teaching degree, and this year, after gaining Permission to Teach, she has embraced her Foundation classroom with confidence, passion, and a natural talent for teaching.
Macey is so much more than a classroom teacher—she is the glue that connects our school with the wider community. Whether she’s visiting our local kindergartens, taking students to spend time with residents at aged care, or leading our much-loved Little Joey’s Outdoor Playgroup, she builds meaningful relationships that strengthen our sense of belonging and connection.
Her enthusiasm is infectious, and her dedication is evident in everything she does. Macey takes the time to work with individual students to extend their learning, ensuring each child is challenged, supported, and encouraged to achieve their very best. She approaches every opportunity with creativity, energy, and a genuine belief in the potential of every learner.
Thank you, Macey, for the heart, commitment, and positivity you bring to our school each day. You are making a wonderful difference to the lives of our students, families, and community, and we are so proud to have you as part of our team.
