At Edukare Childcare & Preschool, we know fine motor development is important to start from a young age. Building hand strength, coordination and control early helps prepare children for skills like pencil grip, cutting, drawing and everyday tasks.

Through fun activities like playdough, threading, painting, puzzles and sensory play, children strengthen these skills while learning through play. These early foundations help build confidence and prepare children for their transition to school.

The children, educators, families, and friends of Edukare Childcare & Preschool – Bimbadeen are coming together to celebrate International Picnic Day while supporting a very important cause.

💛 Afternoon Tea Fundraiser for the Cancer Council 💛

Join us as we enjoy a special afternoon tea, connect with our centre community, and raise funds to support the incredible work of the Cancer Council.

We warmly welcome our centre families and friends to come along, share in the celebration, and help make a difference for those affected by cancer.

On Saturday, some of our amazing team from both EduKare centres came together for a valuable day of professional development and staff bonding, strengthening our knowledge, teamwork, and shared commitment to providing the highest quality care and education for children and families.
Educators got hands-on using power tools to build new and engaging play spaces for the children, supporting our learning environments in a very practical way.
Opportunities like these align with the National Quality Standard, particularly Quality Area 4 – Staffing Arrangements, through building professional capability, and Quality Area 7 – Governance and Leadership, by fostering a strong, collaborative team culture.
We are proud of our dedicated staff and grateful for their ongoing passion and commitment to the EduKare family. 💙✨

A huge thank you to all our families, friends, and community members who attended our Open Evening.
A special thank you to Uncle Glen for conducting a Smoking Ceremony and Welcome to Country, sharing such a meaningful and special experience with us, and to Adam from the Eagles local soccer club, whom we are proud to sponsor, for coming along and showing your support.
Our Cinema Under the Stars was a wonderful success, and we hope everyone had a fantastic time and enjoyed the evening.
A heartfelt thank you also goes to our wonderful, dedicated, and committed staff and their extended families whose hard work and support made this event possible. We are so grateful for everything you do each day.
