💚🤍🩵 Wollumbin High School Run Club’s big day of adventures continues ….. Day 2

🌅 We were up at 5am for breaky and to watch the sunrise to start our day

🏃🏾‍➡️🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️🏃🏼‍♂️‍➡️ We arrived with 10000 runners from around the world for our mini marathon

💃🏼🎵🕺🏻We ran, we danced, we sang - finishing our run at iconic Opera House

🥇⭐️🏆 Students ran their hearts out, ALL completing Personal Bests

⛴️ After our successful run we caught a ferry across the harbour, seeing the sights & adventuring in Manly

🍔 🩵🚙 Betty’s Burgers, the escalators and Opal Cards were highlights (along with our run) + we found a Wollumbin coloured car

🥹🥹🥹 We could not be prouder of our Wollumbin Warriors

Now to rest up before our next challenge - the 10km run at the Gold Coast 50…..

This Sunday our Inclusive Ed team are on the tools at Bunning Tweed Heads raising funds for the end of year camp. Come on down -grab a sausage and support our young people!

💚🤍🩵 Day 1 of The Sydney Run Festival (TSRF) for our Wollumbin High School Run Club Team

🌅 The earliest of starts

✈️ Fun on the plane with some first time fliers!

🌆 Busy Sydney fun - trains, Opal cards & escalators galore!

🌊 Bangaroo & Darling Harbour

🏃🏼‍♂️‍➡️🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️🏃🏾‍➡️ TSRF Youth Summit where we heard from elite and beginning runners, how to prepare mentally for running, goal setting and the highlight…. Listening to & getting photos with Australia’s greatest Olympic athlete of all time - Emma McKeon

😴😴😴 Now to bed for our Day 2, 5am start & Mini Marathon. Finishing at the Opera House ⭐️⭐️⭐️
