This achievement reflects our commitment to providing safe, nutritious meals and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene for our children every day.

🌸 Learning Through Spring Experiences 🌱🌼

Spring has brought wonderful opportunities for our children to explore, discover and learn from nature! 🌿

Our children have been learning how to care for and look after our plants, developing a sense of responsibility and respect for the natural environment. They have also been observing how plants and flowers change and grow throughout spring, noticing the beautiful colours and new growth around them. 🌈🌱

Our Kinder children have been getting creative by designing and creating their own beautiful flowers, each featuring their favourite “magic words”. ✨🌸 Through this experience, children expressed their creativity while exploring language, imagination and the importance of kind and positive words.

These meaningful spring experiences support children to build curiosity, confidence, creativity and connection with nature while making learning fun and memorable. 💚

🌞 Staff Meeting – 6 October 🌿

We held a productive staff meeting on 6 October, focusing on two important areas: Sun Safety and Sparrow Safeguards.

☀️ Sun Safety: We discussed the importance of protecting children and educators from UV exposure, including appropriate use of hats, sunscreen, protective clothing, shade and regular monitoring of UV levels.

🛡️ Sparrow Safeguards: We revisited our commitment to creating a safe, respectful and child-focused environment. The team discussed our responsibilities in maintaining child safety, recognising concerns, following safeguarding procedures and ensuring that every child’s wellbeing remains our priority.
