🌟 A BRAND-NEW OPPORTUNITY IS COMING TO MBCC! 🌟

We are incredibly excited to announce that Murray Bridge Calisthenics Club is looking to establish a brand-new All Abilities Inclusion Team for the 2026/2027 season! 💙🤍

This team has been created specifically for students aged 8 years and over in 2027 who have a physical and/or intellectual disability or medical condition, giving them the opportunity to experience the joy of calisthenics in a fun and supportive environment.

This will be a non-competitive demonstration team, with less pressure and more focus on having fun, building confidence, learning new skills and being part of an inclusive team.

And here’s the really exciting part…

🎉 Our All Abilities Team will have the opportunity to perform on the Adelaide stage in the Inclusion Section! 🎉

The team will also be led by a coach who has a disability/medical condition herself and has participated in calisthenics for 18 years. Having experienced firsthand what it’s like to navigate calisthenics with a disability, she brings valuable lived experience and understanding to the team.

We want to create an environment where every student can feel comfortable, supported and proud of what they can achieve — while experiencing everything that makes calisthenics so special.

We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from families who may be interested in their student joining the team from Term 4 2026 and into 2027.

Completing the EOI does not commit you to joining. It simply helps us understand how many students may be interested and what day and time would work best for weekly lessons.

👉 If you have a student aged 8+ in 2027 with a physical and/or intellectual disability or medical condition who would love to give calisthenics a go, we’d love to hear from you!

Whether they’ve been doing calisthenics for years or have never stepped into a calisthenics class before, everyone deserves the opportunity to dance, move, perform, belong and shine. ✨

A huge congratulations to our amazing Demonstration Tinies! We are so proud of every one of you for being brave enough to step onto the stage and perform with such big smiles and confidence. You have all grown so much throughout the season, and it has been a joy to watch.

Months of hard work, dedication, determination and teamwork have led to this moment. We are incredibly proud of every performer and coach for the commitment, passion and countless hours you've put in throughout the season.

A huge thank you to our incredible volunteers who gave up their time to help at our Bunnings BBQ fundraiser!

From setting up, cooking, serving, packing up, and everything in between, your time, effort and teamwork made the day a great success. Fundraising events like these simply wouldn't be possible without the support of our amazing club community.

A huge congratulations to our beautiful coaches, Miss Millie and Miss Maylee, for representing Murray Bridge Calisthenics Club at the Mount Gambier Eisteddfod in their Graceful Girl and Solo competitions.

Your dedication, passion, hard work and beautiful performances made our entire club so proud. You are both wonderful role models, and it is so special to see you shine on stage while inspiring all of our younger members.

What a fantastic start to the competition season!
Congratulations to all of our Murray Bridge Calisthenics Club teams who took to the stage over the weekend. We are so proud of every performer for representing our club with confidence, teamwork and pride.
