DIRTY DOG DIARY
This is us with mentor out at “Sebby’s Crossing” this morning. It’s not really called that, but we think it should be!
It’s the third time this bridge has been under since November. Let’s hope it’s held up ok! Us Doods had a great time slopping in the mud and water along the trail! 🐖 🐷
The water looks to have receded a lot, but there’s slippery, sloppy sludge right up to the grid height, which is the highest we’ve ever seen it. Humie almost slipped in it taking photos 😂
Good news is that there is almost no damage to the SBRT on the Murgon side of the Barambah creek, except for a little patch of bubbly bitumen near the Murgon creek and some fence damage at that crossing. We wish the same could be said about the rest of the region and surrounds. What a mess!
We hope you have fared as well as our favourite part of the SBRT!

I’ve just had such an ordeal and it’s all her fault! I was minding my own business, doing my business 💩 when something terrifying happened. I bolted inside at warp speed, running through the house like something had bit me on the arrrrrr…arm….

🐻🦁Lots of paddling fun for us at BP dam yesterday. Not so much fun for Humie because we decided to remind her just how perfect we’ve been by being little 💩💩in the kayak! 😈😈
👩🌾we probably should have put a bit more practice in before paddling about 1.5km across the dam together…
The boys had the most amazing time though, so definitely worth the effort. Plus, all of the swimming is starting to show positive affected on both their injuries. Both are still a bit lopsided in the muscles of their back legs, but definitely getting a bit more balance back by the day!

We hit Bendee on the kayak with our Mini Humie. Having gone from 10% to a top of 99.08% in the last month and a bit, the dam was gloriously smelly!
We’re all a bit sore, but swimming is awesome for old bones and injury so everyone is getting a bit of rehab out of it.
