Dear Pancha students and friends of Chris,
Today we are commencing a 21-day Vajrasattva retreat which we have dedicated to Chris. Throughout the retreat, we will cherish the memory of our dear teacher and friend to connect with his energy.
We invite all Pancha students, past and present, here and elsewhere, to embrace the energy of this retreat. If you are a friend of Chris but unfamiliar with the Vajrasattva meditation practice, you may wish to choose another way to honour Chris during this time, in a way that will connect us all in paying homage and gratitude.
This retreat will run until 14 June, 2014.
Om swastiastu.
xx

PANCHA FIELD TRIP!
There is a free talk entitled "Strengthening the Mind through the Power of Self-Compassion" being presented by Paul Gilbert at the Lismore Workers' Club on Thursday 4 July at 5:30pm.
Sounds like perfect Pancha fodder to me, so the Thursday class is making a field trip. On the anniversary of his passing, I think it will be an ideal way to remember Chris and his teachings on compassion, hope you can join us. If you'd like to know more about it, you can contact Jane or me, and if you need a lift, give me a call, I have a spare seat or two -- Sharon.
