Are you ready to take some time out for yourself?

Introducing one of your hosts, Manda. As soon as she meets you you will feel special and hugged (literally, haha). She is the best hugger, but if you are not a hugger make sure you let her know.

Manda is one of the most generous people you will ever meet with both her time, energy and possessions. If you want the answer to be ‘yes’ just ask her.

Her giving and caring nature led her to being a nurse and massage therapist most of her adult life. The amount of empathy that she displays to everyone she knows is extraordinary.

Family is the most important thing to Manda, you can’t get the smile off her face when she is talking about her newly arrived granddaughter. Long time happily married Manda has two beautiful adult children, a daughter-in-law and son-in-law.

When Manda isn’t with her family or massaging you will either find her at the gym, cycling, on some outdoor adventure or swimming laps in the river.

At 62 years of age Manda is more like a 40 year old. She seems to be getting more active and fitter the older she gets.

If you are looking for a role model or some inspiration, come and hang out with her. But watch out, her energy and vitality are contagious.
