Our students have been doing a fantastic job showcasing our school values all term, and this Friday it’s time to celebrate with our Week 9 PBS Reward Day!

Free Ice Cream: A sweet treat for every student!
Drench Your Teacher: Get your throwing arm ready—wet sponges are locked and loaded for the splash zone. 🎯🧽

We can’t wait to see all the creative costumes next Friday! 🐑✨

Yesterday, our school grounds turned into the ultimate playground for the Super Dads Sausage Sizzle! Our legends rolled up their sleeves and dove straight into the action, treating themselves to fresh face shaves and wild hair makeovers.

The fun didn’t stop there. Dads and kids teamed up to conquer hands-on building challenges, crafting majestic paper crowns, engineering high-flying paper airplanes, and unleashing their inner architects with epic block creations.

A massive shoutout to all the incredible dads who showed up, joined in on the chaos, and made it a Father's Day to remember. Thanks for bringing the energy and supporting our school community!

Last Friday was our DISA Athletics Carnival held in Mukinbudin. Congratulations to everyone who participated, to all the parent volunteers for assisting on the day - we couldn't run the day without you, and to Miss de Lacy for running and organising the whole day *Miss de Lacy is now officially on maternity leave!
Well done to Mukinbudin Green for taking home the Meritorious Shield. It has been a few years since they have won the prestigious shield! 💚💛

Last week was our oceans theme for Brilliant Brains. We explored balancing animals, what floats and sinks, rescued animals in frozen water and jelly and identified colours. The highlight was playing fish, fish, SHARK!

We look forward to the next Brilliant Brains on the 18th of September! 🐋🐙🦈

The P&C are looking for volunteers to assist with some great fundraisers for the School.

We need YOU - Volunteers are required for the following;

DISA Carnival - THIS FRIDAY 4th September

Please can all parents bring a plate of morning tea!

Clearing Sale - Thursday 10th September

- One Volunteer to transport sandwiches from town at 11am to the O'Neil farm (north of Mukinbudin) for the clearing sale.

- 4 to 5 volunteers to help sell lunch & drinks during the sale from 11:15am till 4pm. If you can only offer an hour of your time, it would be very much appreciated - happy to create a roster that works for everyone!

Last Friday we had five students nominate to participate at an Interschool Cross Country held in Meckering. Congratulations to the following students who ran amazingly⭐and placed extremely well (approximately 40 participants in each race)! What a fabulous effort! 💚💛🏃🏃‍♀️

Our first Brilliant Brains for the year was held on Friday 7th August. A total of six students attended with their parent and participated in a range of numeracy and language activities on our Nursery Rhyme theme. A lot of fun was had by all! 🎶We look forward to having them all back for our Oceans theme next week!
