GROUNDED
I’m still taking this one in to be honest!
The intention behind this event was simple. Strip things back and give people practical tools they can actually use in their day to day lives.
The way everyone showed up, leaned in, and gave it a proper go was what made the day what it was.
Since this event, I have had some amazing feedback come through. Better sleep, feeling calmer, AWARENESS, and just a better understanding of how to better manage stress an the importance of recovery.
After the feedback, I feel like I’m onto something with this worshop, and I have already implemented some tweaks to make it even better.
I’ll be announcing the next date very soon.

We’ve been running the Friday morning Breathe & Freeze session since late 2022 🤯🤯🤯
and I’m bloody proud of what it’s become.
Starting the day with breathwork, icebath, and a dip in the ocean is already an incredible way to start the day.
But the friendships, and relationships that have blossomed over a cuppa and good conversation across the road at the cafe, is the icing on the cake.
All walks of life come through those doors on a Friday morning, and I know that meaningful relationships have formed when they otherwise wouldn’t have.
If you’ve been thinking about coming, this is your sign!

I think of the ice bath as a barometer for the state of my nervous system.
Some days I find it really easy
Other days it’s a real challenge.
And more often than not, that has nothing to do with the temperature, and everything to do with how I’ve been living.
Poor sleep
Stress
Rushed days
Off track with food
Over time this becomes a barometer. A way to check in.
Knowing when to lean in…
And when to pull back
Training in the ice when I’m well, definitely makes those challenging days or weeks easier to deal though.
The work you do when you feel good, carries you through when you don’t.
