Jasmin is a very valued member of our Willow family and we are very proud of her achievement! Jas works as the lead educator in Senior Kindy where she enjoys supporting the children’s learning through meaningful and play based learning experiences as they develop throughout the year.

Happy 18th Birthday Miss Ava 🥳

As we know, it’s very important celebrating the children’s milestones, but we also celebrate our educators special milestones too! So yesterday we celebrated our wonderful educator Miss Ava💖🫶🏽

Miss Ava is a very valued team member and we wanted to help her feel as appreciated as she is by celebrating and welcoming her into adulthood as she will officially be 18 this weekend!

Thank you Ava for all that you do for our Willow family, you are becoming such an incredible educator and we are lucky to have you part of our team! Wishing you all the best for your celebrations over the weekend and we cannot wait to see what you continue to achieve ❤️🖤

This week we are introducing our wonderful Educational Leader Caroline!

Caroline has been apart of the Willow family for 7 years now, she started at our sister centre in Arundel in 2019 and joined our Mudgeeraba team in 2026 working Wednesdays and Thursdays. She has bought great wisdom and experience to our team as she supports all educators in providing the best care for the children.

Caroline strongly believes that children have a right to learn and play in welcoming and friendly environments where educators genuinely care about them as individuals.

She also feels, as educators, we should support each other to be the best version of ourselves and show up for these children everyday. Caroline loves being an Educational Leader where she can mentor educators and offer any support they need.
