Whilst we know as yogis our group yoga practise is essential the NSW Government does not agree! 😂 Please keep up your at home practise everyone and enjoy this beautiful Mudgee weather from the comfort of your veranda. We will get a Facebook group going ASAP that you can join so our community continues to connect. We will post some practises there too.

Don’t forget we offer kids yoga with @youngmindsyoga every Tuesday (ages 5-8) for 45 minutes and Wednesday (ages 9-12) at 4pm for one hour ONLY $10 per child!!!

There will be no children's yoga next term (term 4)
I have heard the silent pleas from my own children to be there for them more after school. I wish I could do both!
The flower in this picture is a gift from a sweet young boy on my last day of term 3, it represents how I feel about this choice that wasn't easy - HAPPY 🙂
I am ever so grateful to be hanging out and learning from your awesome children, watching them laugh, connect, try, be vulnerable, show up, share thoughts, explore thoughts, be curious, be kind, helpful and supportive and maybe my most favorite part is seeing them completely relaxed in a guided meditation. And listen to their experiences after, it is such a gift. They are phenomenal beings, every single one, I look forward to connecting again in the new year.
I will keep you posted!
In the meantime remember children are perfect exactly how they are 😊 and so are you!
