At Milestones Mudgee, Reconciliation Week is an important opportunity for us to reflect, learn, and celebrate the rich histories, cultures, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

As a service located on Wiradjuri Country, we are committed to helping children develop a deep respect and appreciation for the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we learn, play, and grow. Through daily Acknowledgements of Country, storytelling, music, art experiences, cultural learning opportunities, and meaningful conversations, we encourage children to develop an understanding of connection to Country, community, and culture from an early age.

We believe that reconciliation begins with education, respect, and a willingness to listen and learn together. By nurturing children’s understanding of Australia’s First Nations peoples, we help build a future generation that values inclusion, respect, and belonging for all.

As the weather cools down, little bodies need warm, nourishing food to keep them going 🍛

Our new autumn menu is filled with comforting, wholesome meals designed to support your child’s wellbeing and growing appetite.
