Hey guys!

Our Monday kids class is still on at 4:30PM so if you're back from travelling come on down.

Our adults class will be moved forward 30 minutes to 5:30PM.

The advanced class will be replaced by an open mat at 6:30PM, this is free to all local gyms, so feel free to come down for some rolls!

Adults striking classes are on every Tuesday at 6:30PM, come and learn the basics with coach Brendon!

Hey guys!

Our kids no gi BJJ ages 5-10 is now up and running every Monday at 4:30PM, we've got a few spots left available, if you'd like to take one of these spots flick us a message, once classes hit capacity we will not have more spots available until November.

Yes we will be training through the school holidays!

Hi everybody,

We will be pushing our kids classes back one more week to Monday the 14th, we've got a couple more things we need to prepare and will run out of time this weekend trying to prepare everything.

The 14th will be a free trial class, so we'll see everybody at 4:30PM.

Hey guys!

We are super excited for our first class this Thursday!

Just to answer/clear up some questions:

- Your first class is free!
- Our kids classes are currently for ages 5-10.
- The gym does indeed have a bathroom.
- Our first class this Thursday will be a no gi class so just bring whatever clothing is comfortable and you're good to go!
- You're welcome to bring a friend or a plus one!

We will see you all at 6PM!

Meet Reece your weekday BJJ coach.

Reece brings over 8 years of martial arts experience to the mats.

He's a brown belt under Sam Traish (BMMAC).

Catch Reece on the mats during the week or teaching the kids class every Monday.

Meet Adam our resident black belt!

Adam brings more than 10 years worth of martial arts knowledge to the mats.

He's a black belt under Keller Locke-Sodhi and also trains out of Grappling Education Sydney, one of Australia's most elite grappling gyms.

We have just received word that our council approval is now in place and we have been given the clear to officially open!!!

Our first adults class will be next Thursday, we will do a no gi class on the day, so bring some water and head in 10/15 minutes before class to sign a waiver, be shown the facility and you're good to go!

We look forward to training with everybody next week!

Meet Brendon our MMA head coach, co-founder and assistant/back up BJJ coach.

Brendon brings years of grappling experience, he recently placed in the top 3 in the Apex Submission League, holds a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and has years of karate and MMA training.

Catch Brendon at 6:30PM on Tuesdays or at one of our BJJ classes during the week!
