Always learning, growing and making sure I’m up to date with the latest information to provide the safest and best possible care for the children in my Family Day Care. 🥰
Today I’m working through my Advanced Child Safety Training — because when it comes to the safety, wellbeing and protection of our little ones, there is always more to learn. ❤️

How are you going to celebrate your wonderful children’s educators? 🥰

There are so many simple ways to show your appreciation — it doesn’t have to be big or expensive. Sometimes a heartfelt “thank you” means more than anything. ❤️

I am incredibly honoured and grateful to have been nominated for the 2026 Family Day Care Australia Educator of the Year Award. 💙 To be recognised for doing something I truly love is such an amazing feeling. Every day I have the privilege of helping children learn, grow, explore and reach new milestones, and there is no greater reward than being part of their journey.Thank you so much to the families who have trusted me with their precious little ones, and to everyone who has supported and encouraged me along the way. Your kindness, trust and belief in me means more than you’ll ever know. Today we celebrated Pyjama Day with our wonderful friends from Lois and Felicia's Family Day Cares! 💙🧸

The children had a fantastic day dressed in their favourite pyjamas, enjoying time together through play, laughter, and shared activities. It was a wonderful opportunity to build friendships, strengthen social skills, and create special memories in a fun and relaxed environment.

A big thank you to Lois and Felicia for joining us and making the day so enjoyable. We love getting together with our Family Day Care community and can't wait for our next catch-up!

We've had so much fun learning, exploring, and growing together over the last few months!

Our children have enjoyed:

🌱 Gardening and caring for our plants
🐝 Learning all about bees and their important role in nature
🚜 Learning about cane season and sugar cane harvesting in our local community
💐 Celebrating Mother's Day with special gifts and activities
😊 Learning about emotions, recognising our feelings, and practising kindness and empathy
🖤💛❤️ Celebrating NAIDOC Week and learning about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures

Each experience has supported the children's learning and development through play, encouraging curiosity, creativity, confidence, communication, and meaningful friendships. We love watching each child grow, discover new interests, and build important life skills every day.

We look forward to sharing many more exciting learning adventures together! 💕
