💛💛💛 WEAR IT YELLOW DAY – Monday JUNE 1st 💛💛💛

This National Reconciliation Week, Highmount Preschool is proud to be participating in Wear It Yellow Day in support of Children’s Ground, an organisation working alongside First Nations communities to create opportunities for children and families to thrive.

We invite all children, families, and educators to wear a splash of yellow on Monday, 1st June — whether it’s a yellow shirt, hair accessory, socks, or even head-to-toe sunshine! ☀️

Throughout the day, our children will engage in meaningful learning experiences that celebrate and honour First Nations cultures, histories, and perspectives. Together, we’ll explore the importance of reconciliation, respect, kindness, and community.

Every small act can make a big difference. If you would like to contribute, donations to Children’s Ground are warmly welcomed.
