Teachers need to be adaptive in their lesson approach to maximise learning for all.

Restricting the phonics process to ‘one-letter-one-sound’ will not allow teachers to be adaptive in their teaching. You can be adaptive (differentiation) to all your learner's needs using one central resource. You can explain the letter ‘a’ in cat, and the letter ‘a’ in ball, therefore being adaptive to each of your learner's needs, and at the point of need.
