Our experienced educators are dedicated professionals who pride themselves on their ability to guide each child's individual learning journey in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework Guidelines, allowing each child the best start for their future education. The centre's operating hours are between 6:00am and 6:00pm; Monday to Friday. Please feel free to drop in any time for a centre tour.

The Boulevard Early Learning Centre at Mount Warren Park invites families to our Kindergarten Information Evening on September 24th at 5:30pm.

Our 2027 Kindergarten program is now open for children born between 1 July 2022 and 30 June 2023. With two dedicated Early Childhood Teachers, our play‑based curriculum nurtures curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. Children are supported to explore, discover, and grow as they prepare for a successful transition to school.

🍃 Learning About Our Natural Resources

A morning where our friends gathered outdoors to explore the natural resources found right in our own play space! Sitting together on our mat, sun hats on and ready to learn, the children took part in a group discussion about leaves, plants, and the natural world around us.
Being outdoors gives children so much more than fresh air — it’s a hands-on classroom. As we talked about leaves, the children practiced:
• Observation skills — noticing shapes, colours, textures, and sizes of different leaves
• Language development — learning new vocabulary like “veins,” “stem,” and “shade”
• Connection to nature — understanding that plants are a natural resource that gives us oxygen, shade, and habitats for insects and animals
• Group learning — sitting together, listening, and sharing ideas as a community
Outdoor learning like this supports children’s curiosity about the environment and builds an early appreciation for caring for our natural world. Simple moments — sitting on the grass, holding a leaf, asking “why” — are where big learning begins!
Next time you’re outside with your child, try picking up a leaf together and asking: What colour is it? Is it smooth or bumpy? Where do you think it came from?

Our Kindergarten Class had a wonderful time exploring the neighbourhood on foot today! The children enjoyed fresh air, spotted local sights, and practiced their walking safety skills — all while having fun together. 🍂
It’s a great reminder of how much learning happens outside the classroom!
