SOLID PATHWAYS PROGRAM
Solid Pathways is an online STEM program for high achieving indigenous students. Congratulations to the following students who have been awarded for their coding courses in Term 2. Tiaki, Ian, Charles, Matilda, Willow, Jack, Annabelle, Max and Saqqara. Patience and Jayahra were absent. Medals were also awarded for students with 100% attendance.

NATIONAL SCIENCE WEEK WINNERS
Congratulations to the winners of the National Science Week competition with the theme Seeds of Science - Nurturing Knowledge For All. There were many entries across each year level and they were of a very high standard.

YR 3 EXCURSION

The Year 3 cohort had a fantastic time at the Kingston Butter Factory watching a live production called Fractured Fairytales!

The performance was a wonderful example of a fractured fairytale, incorporating several familiar fairytales and twisting them together to create one fun and unexpected story. This play connects beautifully with our English learning throughout the year, as students explore imaginative and narrative texts, including characters, settings, problems, events and solutions. It was a fantastic opportunity for students to see storytelling come to life and explore how familiar stories can be changed and combined to create something completely new!

U12 STATE SOFTBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS
Wishing Miss Shaab (coach), Bayzilia, Faith and Ariana all the best as they represent ‘South Coast’ in the U12 State Softball Championships in Redlands over the next few days.
