🌟Happy Early Childhood Educators’ Day from Kindy Zone!🌟

Today we rolled out the red carpet for the true stars of Kindy Zone, our incredible educators!

Our team was celebrated with personalised certificates and gifts, a special lunch and, most importantly, plenty of recognition for the amazing work they do every single day.

Early childhood educators wear so many hats, they are teachers, nurturers, comforters, cheerleaders, role models and memory makers. They create spaces where children feel safe to explore, confident to learn and, most importantly, know that they belong.

To our wonderful Kindy Zone team, thank you for the patience, passion, laughter and love you bring through our doors each day. The impact you have on the little lives in your care reaches far beyond the classroom.

Say hello to Miss Anna, one of the wonderful educators who makes Kindy Zone the special place it is.

Every educator brings something unique to a centre, and Miss Anna is an important part of the team that surrounds our children with opportunities to learn, play, explore and grow each day.

The relationships our educators form with children and families are at the heart of everything we do, and we are grateful for the contribution Miss Anna makes to our Kindy Zone community.

Our centres recently came together for two inspiring days of professional development with Pathways to Resilience – Wings to Fly.
Our staff explored the science behind the brain, early years neural pathway development, and the vital role we play in creating safe, nurturing environments where children can feel secure, connect, learn and thrive.
This professional development deepened our understanding of neuroscience and provided practical, effective strategies for co-regulation, supporting children to develop the skills they need to regulate themselves and navigate big emotions.
A huge thank you to Tegan from Pathways to Resilience for sharing your knowledge, expertise and passion with our teams. We are grateful for the opportunity to continue growing our practice and strengthening the way we support the children in our care. 💛

🌱 Busy little gardeners at Kindy Zone Mount Sheridan! 🪴

Our Pre Kindy children have been getting their hands dirty and helping to prepare the soil for our garden. With shovels in hand, everyone was keen to dig, scoop, mix and work together.

There was plenty of teamwork happening as the children shared the tools, took turns and helped one another with the very important job of getting our garden bed ready.

There’s never a dull moment in our Pre-Kindy room at Kindy Zone Mount Sheridan!

From building VERY tall towers (and trying not to knock them over! 😄), to setting up morning tea with friends, racing around on the bikes and cars, creating train tracks and tackling our outdoor obstacle course – the children have been busy doing what they do best… playing, exploring and having fun together.
