Peewee Karate Classes: Tuesday and Friday 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Junior Karate Classes: Tuesday and Friday 5:00pm - 6:30pm
Senior Karate Classes: Tuesday and Thursday 6:30pm - 8:00pm

Arnis Class: Friday 6:30pm - 8:00pm

With the ever-growing rise of crime and theft involving violence, this style of martial arts becomes increasingly more important in today’s society. You will learn to avoid potential conflicts, defend against multiple attackers and increase your knowledge of self-defense while respecting the traditional aspects of this dynamic yet graceful flowing martial-art. Sikaran can show even the smallest of defendants how to safely and easily avoid or disarm an attacker with little or no effort in a combative situation whilst retaining self-control, respect and integrity. Sikaran will also help you in all aspects of your life and its challenges. How good are our air conditioners now that they are off the roof and on the side of the building and working properly. It certainly feels much cooler in the DoJo when there is no humidity.

We would once again like to thank Mount Isa City Council for the $5000 grant that we won in 2025. Plus, thank you to Vincenzo for all the hard work in getting the power to them and fixing the electrical problems our club had and a new power board. The Students and Committee are grateful for both of your support.

Welcome back to our Junior and Peewee Classes for term 1 of 2026! We hope you had a restful break and are ready for the term ahead.

Unfortunately, we need to let you know that we have had to increase our fees. This decision was not made lightly and is necessary to ensure we continue providing the quality service and support you expect from us.

We cannot keep the fees as cheap as we had it with the rising operational costs & inflation and the need for updating our equipment and wanting to renovate our building down the track. We didn’t see any other option. If you have any problems in paying the fees, please come in and see us. We do offer payment plans.

We remain committed to delivering the best possible experience for our community. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please feel free to reach out to our team.
