Don't be mistaken, a break can really just be:

♡ a few untimed, uninterrupted hours of sleep
♡ shopping alone
♡ lunch with a friend
♡ a walk in nature
♡ good pampering

It's alot easier to cope to mother your little one when your refreshed after a little mental and physical break

There is no shame, failure or lack of love in needing time for yourself

I think this is the best play dough recipe ever...

"INGREDIENTS"

☆ 2 cups flour (plain or self raising)

☆ 4 tablespoons cream of tartar

☆ 2 tablespoons cooking oil

☆ 1 cup salt

☆ 2 cups water

☆ Food colouring / non toxic poster paint - to add colour

"METHOD"

Mix together the flour, salt and cream of tartar. Once well combined,
Add the water and oil to the mix
Stir over medium heat until the mixture congeals

☆ TIP: In 1 cup of water used in the recipe, I add my chosen coloured
paint, stirring that really well into the water, before adding it into the
mix

The above recipe has been taken from a Nursing Mothers Association Book that I was gifted, back in 1982.
