ENROL NOW FOR 2027!

Do you know a family looking for a school where children are supported to thrive academically, socially and emotionally?

At Mount Helena Primary School, we offer:
🌟 High-quality teaching and learning
πŸ’™ A caring and supportive community
🌱 A strong focus on wellbeing and resilience
🎨 Opportunities for every child to shine

We are passionate about helping our students become resilient, curious, confident learners who are prepared to contribute positively to the world around them.

As we plan for 2027, we'd love your help to spread the word throughout our community. Strong enrolment numbers will support our goal of single-stream classes from Kindy to Year 3, providing continuity and stability for our students and families.

If you have friends, neighbours or family members considering a local school, encourage them to come and see what makes MHPS such a special place to learn, grow and belong.

As we head into a new week, our focus continues to be on building Gratitude, Empathy and Mindfulness through simple, meaningful conversations and activities.

πŸ’™ Gratitude: What is one thing that was good about today?
πŸ’™ Empathy: Who are some people in our community who could use our help?
πŸ’™ Mindfulness: Butterfly Breathing – Cross your arms and place your hands on your shoulders. Take slow, calm breaths while gently tapping your shoulders.

These small moments help our students develop positive relationships, emotional awareness and resilience. We encourage families to continue these conversations at home and try this week's mindfulness activity together.

At the end of each day, ask your child, "what was one good thing about your day today?" 🌟

This event is all about supporting young people to develop lifelong skills. Whether you can come for one lap, do the whole event or would like to donate… every cent will support students from schools in and around the hills to be involved ROAR Inc programs… and that is money, time and effort well spent! We’d love your support!
