FIRST-TIMER FRIDAY 💜

Meet Ange.

And honestly, Ange is one of those people who just brings warmth into the room.

She came for a dance fitness class, but what she talks about in this little chat is something I care about just as much as the workout - the people, the connection and the community we’re building together every Wednesday.

I’m incredibly lucky to have people like Ange show up, week after week, and help make this class what it is.

Because I might be the one standing up the front…

…but the people in the room are the ones who make it a community 💜
