Our contract with the state government has been extended through until 2016. This agreement keeps open the option for employers and employees alike to potentially access funded training under the following qualifications

MSL30109 Certificate III in Laboratory Skills
MSL40109 Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques
PMC30110 Certificate III in Manufactured Mineral Products

Apprentice and trainee payroll tax rebate - Queensland

The wages you pay to apprentices and trainees are generally exempt from payroll tax.

As an employer of exempt apprentices and trainees, you can also claim a payroll tax rebate that reduces your periodic liability. This rebate is available from 1 July for these financial years:

2015–16, 2016–17, 2017–18
2009–10, 2010–11, 2011–12.

The rebate is automatically calculated when you lodge a return in OSRconnect.

You can work out the rebate by multiplying 25% of the total wages paid to apprentices and trainees by 4.75% (payroll tax rate) for each return period in the applicable financial years.

I only take 10 students per class to allow time for extra tuition.

Customers are needed for a free consultation to have their bedroom re-designed by my Interior Decoration students. I have 6 places to fill and there is no obligation on the part of the customer to have the work actually done. All you need to do is supply photos and measurements of your room, then meet with a student to discuss 'Your wish list" on February 10th at 9,30am at our Archerfield classrooms.
