We are proud to support Four Reasons Why and their Winter Wear campaign. It is a busy term for our students collecting items from donation points and then sorting them to distribute to schools later this term. 🫶
The Independent Learning Centre (ILC) is a Department for Education initiative which offers a Flexible Learning Option (FLO) to eligible students.
The ILC focuses on providing flexible support to keep young people aged 16-21 years engaged in schooling or on a learning pathway. Each student has a self-paced Flexible Learning Plan and is provided with an individualised case management service to support and assist positive learning and well-being outcomes.

Thank you to David and Lachlan, from the MFS Road Awareness Program, for presenting to our students today. It was engaging, informative and a little bit confronting. Students who were present have vowed to be responsible road users both behind the wheel, as passengers and pedestrians.

👏 Morning tea Celebration at the ILC👏
We are incredibly proud to recognise our students who have achieved over 90% attendance this term. Choosing to be here, to keep trying, and to stay connected is a powerful achievement. Your effort has not gone unnoticed. You are building positive habits, strengthening your future and setting an example for others.

We are so proud of ILC student, Jannika! Please make sure you follow Yummy Bunny and look out for their stall at the Farmers Market.
🐰✨ Something sweet is hopping into Mount Gambier… Yummy Bunny Gluten Free Bakery is coming soon! ✨🐰
This little dream belongs to Janni, a 16-year-old with a lifelong goal of owning her own bakery. With two of her siblings living with coeliac disease, she knew exactly what kind of bakery she wanted to create, one where everyone can safely enjoy delicious treats without worry. 💛
Yummy Bunny is all about love, inclusion, and making gluten-free goodies that taste just as amazing as the real thing (maybe even better 😉).
Mount Gambier, get ready… the smell of fresh gluten-free baking is coming your way soon! 🧁🥖
Drop a 🐰 in the comments if you’re excited to try Yummy Bunny!
REMINDER
Monday 23rd February the ILC will be closed for a pupil free day as staff engage in professional learning. We look forward to seeing students on Tuesday 24th February 😁
