Tomorrow the Year 5 Students are excited to present the Year 5 Market for 2026!

🤔 They have worked all term to develop their business, brand and products to sell at our market as part of their inquiry into Finance and Media. The students have learnt all about what it takes to set up a business both from a financial lens (loans, budgets, proposals, spreadsheets etc) and a media lens (advertising, brands, logos etc.)

The school community is invited to come along and check out their goods, and maybe even purchase a thing or two! There will be two Market Sessions: 10-11am and 12-1pm.

🤔 All profits raised from the market will be donated to a local charity group. The prices range from $1 - $5.

🩵 Our students are so proud of the work they have put into this and it will be a great celebration of their efforts. Thanks in advance for your support!

Hey, Kunyung Community! We would like to introduce Jeff, our new permanent crossing supervisor!

Jeff is so friendly and always happy, waving to absolutely everybody that passes by! Our lovely neighbours around Kunyung Road have also mentioned how nice he is 🩵 Make sure you say hello when you are on your way to and from school 🥰

Congratulations to our 6 Kunyung Aerobics Teams who competed at the FISAF State Aerobics Championships last Saturday.

All teams gave it their absolute best; there was some fierce competition. For most of our students this was their first ever Aerobics Competition and we are so proud of them for trying something new and for demonstrating resilience, persistence and teamwork.

🩵 A big shout out to Harry the Hirer for a generous donation of 25 lovely ottomans to furnish our classrooms and specialist spaces! We are so grateful and the kids are already loving them. Thank you!

These booklets have been donated by ZART ART and were co written by Mrs Wilson's cousin! All students in Years P-2 will recieve a copy with Years 4-6 recieving a few copies per class. Thank you for the generous donation as we acknowledge Reconciliation Week. Our daily Whole School Acknowledgements of Country have also been a highlight of the week so far! Thank you to the Community Action Team for taking these actions as they support us to be 'All In'- the theme of the week!
