Our on-site training restaurant ensures our hospitality and commercial cookery students have practical experience to be job ready. They join forces to prepare delicious meals and create a welcoming dining experience for our guests. 🍽

Congratulations Bashar Jajjo and Andrew Fisher
🌟👨🍳 Bashar Jajjo (on the left), a 53-year-old single dad from Blacktown, turned to TAFE NSW to pursue his dream of becoming a qualified chef. Despite working various jobs in hospitality to support his daughter, Bashar always wanted industry recognition. Thanks to TAFE NSW's supportive teachers and flexible learning, he completed his Commercial Cookery training. Now, Bashar is living his dream, managing a café in Sydney CBD. 🌱📚
