St Bishoy College A Christian College catering for Kindergarten to Year 12 As a College we aim to assist each child to grow up in the fullness of Christ.

St Bishoy College is a Kindergarten to Year 12 School, which has been established in Mount Druitt since 2001. The school has a strong Christian foundation, with our aim to provide a holistic education, which strives to enhance the spiritual, intellectual, social, cultural and physical potential of young people. As a family, we aim to instruct our children in recognition that "Through Christ we can do all things."

💙 Father’s Day Celebration at St Bishoy 💙

Yesterday, our students celebrated the wonderful fathers, grandfathers and father figures in our community with a special Father’s Day Assembly.

Our students proudly performed songs for their dads, filling the morning with smiles, love and special memories. 🎶💙

🐟 Learning beyond the classroom!

Our Commerce students visited the newly established fish market today, putting their learning from Consumer and Financial Decisions
into action.

Students took part in an engaging discovery tour exploring the market and gaining a behind-the-scenes insight into how the fish market operates. They also had the opportunity to visit the auction floor, observing the processes involved in bringing products from suppliers to consumers.

Throughout the excursion, students considered the factors that influence consumer choices, including price, quality, needs and wants, while developing their understanding of informed purchasing decisions, consumer rights and responsibilities, and effective financial decision-making.

A fantastic opportunity to connect classroom learning with the real-world decisions, processes and environments that shape our everyday lives as consumers. 🐟📊🛒

👖💙 JEANS FOR GENES DAY | FRIDAY 4 SEPTEMBER

This Friday, we’re coming together as a school community to support Jeans for Genes, a campaign raising funds for the Children’s Medical Research Institute (CMRI).

CMRI’s scientists conduct vital research into birth defects, genetic diseases and childhood cancers, working towards better treatments and cures for the 1 in 20 children affected by these conditions.

Every donation helps support this research and brings us one step closer to finding cures and giving children the opportunity to simply be children.

To get involved, come to school in m***i with at least one denim item and bring a gold coin donation.

One small donation can help make a big difference.

🏅 Congratulations, Dolagy! 🏅

We are incredibly proud to congratulate Dolagy Bakhoum on receiving the prestigious Order of Australia Association (NSW Branch) Youth Community Service Award 2026! 🇦🇺✨

This statewide award recognises students who demonstrate exceptional commitment to community service, leadership and making a positive contribution to the wider community. Each high school in NSW is invited to nominate one outstanding student, with only 25 students across the state selected to receive the award.

Dolagy was formally presented with her award by Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, at Government House Sydney on Thursday, 20 August 2026.

This is particularly special for our College, as Dolagy becomes the second student in St Bishoy Coptic Orthodox College’s history to receive this honour.

Dolagy’s achievement beautifully reflects the Christian values of leadership, compassion and service that we strive to nurture within our College community.

Celebrating the men who guide, inspire and love our children!

Dear Parents and Families,

We warmly invite all fathers, grandfathers, and father figures in our school community to join us for a special Father’s Day Celebration as we come together to honour and celebrate the wonderful men who play such an important role in the lives of our children.


📅 Thursday, 3 September 2026
⏰ 8:30am
📍 St Stephen’s Church

The celebration will begin at St Stephen’s Church, followed by morning tea in the Small Hall.


It will be a beautiful opportunity for our students to express their love and appreciation for their fathers, grandfathers, and all the special father figures who guide, support and inspire them.


We look forward to sharing this joyful morning together as a school community and celebrating the wonderful fathers and father figures in our lives.
