The event was a beautiful reflection of the rich culture, history, traditions and spirit of Pakistan. Staff and students dedication, creativity and attention to detail were evident throughout the celebration, and it was wonderful to see Counsel General of Pakistan Mr Qamar Zaman, School board Chairman Mr Shahzad Idress and the board directors, principal, students and staff come together with such enthusiasm, pride and joy.

Events like this do so much more than celebrate a national occasion. They provide our students with an opportunity to appreciate their heritage, learn about different cultures and traditions, and celebrate diversity within our school community. The warmth and spirit of the day created many wonderful memories for our students.

The College acknowledges the time, effort and commitment Ms Nuzhat, Ms Shahla put into planning and coordinating the event. Sheikh Hasan prepared excellent quiz to learn the history of Pakistan and did a great job as an MC. A successful celebration does not happen without people working tirelessly behind the scenes, and their contribution was truly valued and appreciated.

The event was a beautiful reflection of the rich culture, history, traditions and spirit of Pakistan. Highlights from the Grand Opening of AICS Rooty Hill Campus

The Australian Islamic College of Sydney (AICS) proudly celebrated the official opening of its new Rooty Hill Campus, marking another significant milestone in its commitment to quality education and community development.

The campus was officially inaugurated by Federal Member of Parliament Hon. Ed Husic, in the presence of NSW Member of Parliament Edmond Atalla, AICS Board Chairman, Board Directors, Principal Mr. Muhammad Riaz Ali, community leaders, students, parents, and distinguished guests.

During the ceremony, Board Secretary Mr. Naeem Ul Haq shared the inspiring journey of AICS, highlighting the vision, growth, and invaluable contributions of the College Board members over the years.
