They are made made to order, thus ensuring freshness and high standards. My passion lies in making cakes with a fresh & clean look. I am Sydney-based qualified chef, who has been working in the industry for 16 years

I have worked at restaurants in venues such as the Sydney Opera House and Pier One Sydney, as well as many smaller speciality al-a-carte restaurants. I have years of experience in the

design, preparation, and construction of desserts and cakes. I have successfully completed several of the 'Planet Cake' cake decorating courses. My passion lies in making cakes with a fresh, clean feel, combining both traditional and modern styles. I am currently working as a teacher for Planet Cake, and loving every minute of it!
